Reception hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Only and exclusively the person or persons mentioned on the registration form are considered as guests of the hotel. The Hotel reserves the right of admission to the person (s) who are not registered in the CHECK IN to stay within the establishment.
The check in time to the rooms is from 15:00 hrs.
The guest must declare the exact number of persons that will use the room; in case of requiring the lodging of an extra person, the corresponding charge for extra person will be made ($250.00 mxn) verifying the maximum number of persons for each room. Children under 4 years of age who register will not have any additional cost.
During the registration process, the guest must provide official identification and the information requested on the Registration Card.
As a suggestion for the guest, he/she should leave the room key at the reception desk before leaving, since in case of loss, the hotel will charge for the replacement of the badge and 3 sets of keys (the amount is at the discretion of the hotel).
The cleaning of the rooms is done exclusively from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
Accommodation includes self-service continental breakfast and is complimentary, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. During check in, it will be necessary to check in at the front desk at one of the available times, which are divided into the following blocks: 8:00 – 8:40 / 9:00 – 9:40 / 10:00-10:40. It is necessary to respect the schedules mentioned here.
The guest will be 100% responsible for covering the cost of special laundry or even the cost of replacement of sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item in the room that is found stained with blood, ink, shoe polish, hair dye, etc. The amount to be paid is entirely at the discretion of the hotel.
The guest shall be responsible for covering the cost involved in the repair or replacement of any object, furniture or property of the Hotel that has been totally or partially damaged by the guest, either by carelessness or intentionally. The amount shall be at the Hotel’s discretion.
Decorations with rose petals or any other object that may stain, tear or damage the linens or furniture of the room are prohibited.
Our hotel is a place of rest, the guest must maintain at all times a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests, always trying to keep the volume of their conversations moderate so as not to disturb the rest of others.
The Hotel does not assume responsibility for noise and situations external and external to the property. THE PAYMENT FOR THE OCCUPIED ROOM IS NOT REFUNDABLE. In case of a force majeure situation, the Hotel may reimburse 50% of the stay after the first night.Depending on the means by which the reservation was made and the form of payment, the applicable commissions and VAT will be deducted.
The hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to leave when he/she engages in conduct that violates morals and good manners or jeopardizes the tranquility of other guests, as well as the property or the property itself, and NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT FOR THE ROOM OCCUPIED IS REFUNDABLE.
Guests accompanied by children must at all times ensure that they do not disturb the rest of other guests by shouting, playing, running, inside or outside the rooms during the morning and evening.
Guests may receive visitors in the hotel facilities until 22:00 hrs, living only in common areas. Guests will not be allowed access to the rooms, if they do not comply, they will be kindly asked to leave.
Check Out time is at 12:00 hrs, in case you need to store your luggage, you must go to reception.
In case you require late check out you must go to reception to check if there is availability and if so make the corresponding payment for the hours you wish to stay.
Once 14:00 hours have passed and the room has not been vacated without prior notice to reception, the guest will be responsible for paying the corresponding amount for that night whether or not staying at the Hotel.
During the provision of services at the Hotel there shall be no discrimination on the basis of sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social status. The establishment reserves the right of admission when lodging is requested and the person is in a state of drunkenness, under the influence of drugs, narcotics that presents some kind of risk to other guests or employees of the Hotel.
It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol, drugs and smoking inside the room or on the balconies, internal and external terrace, common areas or Pavilion. In case of non-compliance, guests will be fined $500.00 mxn.
The Hotel covers a nightly board (1 stay) and full board (2 or more nights) in a parking lot 50 meters away from us. The schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., once your car has been brought in before closing time you will be able to pick it up until the following day at 8:00 a.m.
The hotel does not have Valet Parking service.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel has security cameras inside and outside its facilities and if necessary the material will be made available to the authorities.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables or cash inside your room, for any valuables or cash can be delivered to the reception for safekeeping.
Guests must turn in their room key and room control at check out time. The charge for damage or loss is at the discretion of the hotel.
The use of the library is exclusive to guests, if you want a book from our collection must go to the reception to extend a voucher for the book of your choice during your stay. In case of loss or damage to the books on loan, the corresponding charges will be made.
To request medical service, you must call the front desk during office hours for a home visit. For emergencies, please call 911.
Once you have checked out, the entrance to the Hotel and its facilities will be restricted.
Failure to comply with these Internal Lodging Regulations by the guest will be cause for termination of the lodging contract, without legal responsibility for the company.
