A spacious, comfortable and beautiful room which houses beautiful archaeological pieces of the imposing Zapotec culture. Among these magnificent pieces is an urn of a seated character and a zoomorphic vessel representing a bat. These pieces are complemented by an exquisite glass with incised decoration of a roaring jaguar. The walls of the room are embellished with photographs of the impressive archaeological sites of Mitla and the great Monte Alban.
The decoration of this room includes beautiful Zapotec pedal loom textiles from the Oaxaca region.
