The Teotihuacán room, furnished with mirrors and beautiful wrought iron furniture, bears with great dignity the name of the “City of the Gods”. A cozy and quiet room, where the majestic glow of this culture is shown in its niche and walls. It was the Teotihuacans who initiated and developed an intense cult of Tláloc, patron and god of rain. A beautiful vessel of this important deity decorates the niche of the room, accompanied by a figurine of a Teotihuacan warrior showing beautiful and complex details. Hanging on its walls, photographs of the imposing archaeological site of Teotihuacán, such as the Calzada de los Muertos, the pyramids of the Sun and the Moon and the head of the god Quetzalcóatl.
The decoration of this room is complemented by beautiful Mazahuas textiles typical of the State of Mexico.
