1. Front desk service schedule is from 7:00 hours to 23:00 hours.
2. Only the person or persons mentioned in the registration form are considered as guests of the hotel. No other person except those checked may spend the night in the room.
3. The Check-in time is from 15:00 hours.
4. The guest must declare the exact number of people who will use the room; and if applicable, pay the corresponding amount for the concept of an extra person. Children under 4 years old who register will not have any additional cost.
5. All promotions or discounts are subject to availability and changes without prior notice.
6. During the registration process, the guest must provide a mandatory official identification if requested. You must also provide a telephone number and an email so that you can be contacted if necessary.
7. As a suggestion for the guest, you must leave the keys of the room at the frontdesk before leaving the hotel, because in case of loss the hotel will charge the corresponding amount for the replacement of lock and 3 sets of keys. The correct amount will be charge at hotels discretion.
8. Housekeeping service time is from 9:00 hours to 16:00 hours.
9. The guest will be 100% responsible for covering the cost of special washing or even the cost of replacing sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item in the room that is stained with blood, ink, shoe paint, hair dye, etc. The amount to be paid is entirely at the discretion of the hotel.
10. Our hotel is a peaceful place where people come to rest, the guest must always maintain a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests, always trying to keep the volume of their conversations moderate to not disturb the rest of others.
11. Guests accompanied by children should watch them at all times so they don’t disturb the rest of the guests with shouting, games, races, inside or outside the rooms; especially early in the morning or during night.
12. The guest will be responsible for covering the cost that implies to repair or replace any object, furniture or property of the hotel that has been totally or partially damaged by it, either by carelessness or intentionally. The amount will be entirely at the discretion of the hotel.
13. The guest may receive visits at the hotel facilities until 11 pm, as long as they remain just in common areas. They will not be allowed to access the hotel rooms, in case of omission the visitor will be kindly asked to leave the property.
14. If the guest requests the front desk for the registration of an extra person to stay in the room the recepcionist must verify first if the maxium capacity allows this. Should this be feasible, the corresponding payment must be made by the guest at the front desk.
15. The guest must report immediately the missing towels, toilet paper or amenities inside their room. Otherwise it will be assumed that everything was in order to take possession of the room and the guest will be responsible for the missing at the time of Check Out.
16. Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Please ask to the reception if you wish to stay in your room beyond this time.The extension will be given depending on the availability. If you need us to keep your luggage while you leave Cholula, you should go to the front desk where they will keep it for you.
17. If the guest wants to make a late check-out, they should contact front desk to check if there is availability in the room for that day and then make the corresponding payment for the extra hours they wish to stay.
18. In cases where it’s 14:00 hours and the guest has not communicated with the front desk or vacated the room, it will be assumed that the guest will stay one more night. Therefore, the guest will be responsible for paying the amount corresponding to that night regardless of their decision to stay at the hotel.
19. The entry of narcotic drugs into the hotel facilities is scritly forbbiden.
20. In the provision of services by this hotel there will be no discrimination based on sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social status. The establishment may deny its services when the guest presents himself in a state of drunkenness, under the influence of drugs, narcotics or any other characteristic that presents some type of risk to other guests or hotel employees.
21. The hotel doesn´t have parking service inside its facilities, however it has an agreement in a car pension near the hotel; which has an extra cost.
22. The hotel doesn´t have Valet Parking service.
23. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside or outside the rooms, lobby, reception, library, terraces and hotel hall; It is a smoke free space.
24. Pets are not allowed.
25. The hotel has security cameras inside and outside its facilities. All material obtained from those cameras will be available to the authorities if is necessary.
26. The hotel is not responsible under any circumstances for the loss of valuables or cash in your room. Any amount of money in cash or object of value must be delivered at the front desk office for safekeeping.
27. Guests must provide the room key and TV remotes at check-out time. The charge for damages or loss of any mentioned ítems will be at the discretion of the hotel.
28. The use of the library is exclusive to the guests, if you wish to take a book from our collection you must go to the front desk office where they will extend a voucher for the book of your choice during your stay.
29. In case of loss or damage of the books on loan, a charge will be made for the damages incurred and the amount to be paid will remain at the discretion of the hotel administration.
30. Failure to comply with this Internal Hosting Regulation by the guest will be grounds for rescission of the accommodation contract, without legal liability for the company.
31. Any situation not contemplated in the regulation, is at the discretion of the administration.
